Not everyone has the desire to be proclaimed a "leader"
However it is inevitable that one should be the leader of their own life and personal destiny.
As the leader of your life, you have the ability to take charge, make change and move forward.
Are you living your life or leading your life?
Are you grasping opportunities that will set you up for ultimate success or going through day to day complaining about your current state?
Have you thought about ways to maximize your potential while building your wealth and personal empire?
People often get it twisted that leadership always pertains to the leading of others, but the most important aspect of leadership, is having leadership within your own life. When one decides to lead their life instead of just living their life, things drastically change.
The same energy it takes to complain about your current state, can be invested into establishing ways to make life better.
Lead yourself to higher heights, lead yourself to full potential, lead yourself out of misery.

I like this and it is so true. It's like a mentality that you have to have. I use to think that this was an instantaneous thing to possess and unwound hold it against others who were not like minded. But this mentality takes grooming and practices. Fortunately we were raised in a way that emulates this but many others don't. Not an excuse for them, just a big hurdle and a lack of knowledge. One time I went to this minority leadership meeting. Me and this other black guy. We both had the same job and were in the same conference. He leaves the meeting thinking "it's impossible for blacks to get ahead in this company". I walked out of that conference to later make acquaintances with 3 people on the executive level of the company and they all now know me personally by name. I say that to show that it is a mentality, leadership. And you literally have to be trained in the eye to see that opportunity to excel is there. Good stuff Super Tap
