General Volunteer Expectations
CommunicationVolunteers are expected to be open and fluid as it relates to communicating with the volunteer team. This includes attending meetings, providing insight and having personal accountability for showing up.

EngagementVolunteers, especially those working directly with our members and parents, are expected to engage on a weekly basis. Front-end and back-end volunteers are asked to engage with our content on social media to help us continually expand our reach.

OwnershipIf you take ownership of a project or initiative, we expect you communicate, engage and share updates with the team as the project or initiative progresses. When you need assistance, you are expected to ask so we can all work together for the good of the organization.

We are very excited for all we will be offering students and parents as our organization continues to grow. By applying to be a front-end or back-end program volunteer, you are investing into the future of a teenage girl however it goes beyond just them.
